BIKEFITTING.COM WELCOMES YOU TO PREVIEW ITS NEW STATIC FITTING SOFTWARE PORTAL!
At Bikefitting.com we have spent the last year building a new software portal that will deliver you the most user friendly, accurate and comprehensive way of offering a static fitting service in store. As a valued Bikefitting.com customer we invite you to check out the beta version of this new portal and find out how this will enable you to:
• Ensure customers have confidence that they’re buying the right bike in the correct size with the best possible set up for their needs.
• Provide a standalone service in which you can advise the best possible bike type, size and set up for your customer
• Optimize your customer’s cycling experience, by ensuring their bike is set up in line with their needs
This beta version will for now exclusively focus on our static fitting process, but future updates will include a new customer manager, additional fitting services like our Saddle Selection service, bug fixes found in this beta version and general feature updates.
As a beta tester we encourage you to let us know what you think, report bugs either to your local distributor or direct to us via [email protected] and generally let us know what additional features you would like to see in the future within this environment, so that we can take them into consideration for future updates.

What to expect
Please find below a quick run through of our new and improved software offering
1: Measurements
• Uses our tried and tested 2D Body Analyzer to determine all the relevant measurements
2: Calculate
• Creates a theoretical model based on body measurements, bike type and riding style and enables switching between both bike type and riding style to review resulting position advice
3: Fitting
• Applies the theoretical model to any bike selected from our database of almost 100.000 bikes across more than 250 different bike brands.
• Based on the preferred riding style, all sizes available in the selected bike are shown against the theoretical optimum in the graph
• Position advice can be shown in XY Coordinates or traditional dimensions like Saddle height, Saddle-Handlebar distance etc
• Parts advice provided for Saddle, Cockpit and Drivetrain
4: Report
• A comprehensive report including details about the chosen bike, contact points, components and advice on how to create the optimal cycling experience can be browsed within the application or downloaded to be shared with the customer.

The future
We welcome your feedback on this new portal so that we can ensure future updates will address those aspects that are most important to you. Please share your feedback with your local distributor so that they can collate all relevant issues from your market and we can prioritize requests for future updates.
Future updates will implement a Customer Manager and other fitting services offered by Bikefitting.com, like Saddle Selection, Shoe Cleat Adjustment, Dynamic Fitting etc. For the time being these can continue to be accessed through our current web application (services.bikefitting.com) and Shimano Dynamics Lab software platforms.
