👟 Shoe cleat adjustment is based on your foot anatomy 👣 , which is different per person. Therefore when buying some new cycling shoes, make sure that the threads can move and allow you to move the cleats by minimum 10mm and ideally 20mm ➡️ back or ⬅️ forth.
👎 Wrong cleats positions can lead to :
👎 Wrong saddle height
👎 Knee, foot or back pains
👎 Or even injuries !
