OUR SERVICES

Our services takes from 1 minute to few hours, from simple but good advise about the frame size to the detailed analysis of your pedaling stroke, while helping you with the fine tuning of your shoe cleats and of your overall cycling position.

QUICK FIT

30% of cyclists ride on bikes which are too small or too big for their sizes, while saddle height is completely off. Because they ignore that choosing the “good enough” frame size and “average” saddle position can create saddle sore or back pain if not injuries, while they will get poor pedaling efficiency.

Simply advises the best bike for you!

SHOE CLEAT ADJUSTMENT

90% of cyclists wrongly adjust their shoe cleats. Because they ignore that putting the cleats “in the middle” or “by chance” can create feet or knee pain if not injuries, while they will get poor pedaling efficiency.

Provides you less friction, more comfort and better power transfer!

SADDLE SELECTION

60% of cyclists do not seat on a good matching saddle. Based on several parameters such as your sit bones measurement, flexibility or riding position, the proper saddle choice will avoid saddle sore, pain if not injuries, while allowing you to pedal with more efficiency.

Improves your comfort and pedaling efficiency while avoids saddle sore!

DYNAMIC FIT PEDALING ANALYSIS

80% of cyclists ride with their saddle and handlebar wrongly adjusted. Because they ignore that putting the saddle “at ok height” or the handlebar “way down for good looking” can create saddle sore, back, knee, neck pain or numb fingers if not injuries, while they will get poor pedaling efficiency.

Optimizes your riding feelings and cycling efficiency!

COMPLETE FIT

100% of cyclists ride with their saddle wrongly adjusted. Because they ignore that putting the saddle “at ok height” or “approximately horizontal” can create saddle sore, back or knee pain if not injuries, while they will get poor pedaling efficiency. Guarantees your comfort, avoid pains and improve your performances!

BIKE ADJUSTMENT

Most workshops face difficulties to adjust precisely saddle and handlebar after a bike fit. Because they are ignoring that using still “old fashioned” tools can lead to imprecise saddle or handlebar position, while spending lot of time on this adjustment process and endlessly screwing up the bike fit benefits.

Makes sure your bike is accurately adjusted!

Step up your game.

Wonder if your handlebar should be leveled with your saddle or can be positionned quite lower ? 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ 💡 Simple flexibility test shows that some people wont be comfortable with too much drop. Therefore check if you can reach your knees 🤨 , lower legs 😏 or even ankles 😎 and choose a handlebar position according to your flexibility. ⚠️ It should be as safe as possible for your back, neck and gluts ⚠️ .
